Tusker TMT 550D is the flagship brand of Ferrosco Industries Pvt Ltd — a fully integrated, BIS-certified manufacturer in Palavoor, Tirunelveli. We produce Fe 550D grade TMT bars entirely in-house, from sponge iron to finished bar, with zero dependency on the open billet market.

Founded with a humble beginning as a steel ingot producer, our company has grown into a fully integrated manufacturing facility — a journey built on relentless commitment to quality and an unwavering belief that every Indian deserves a safer, stronger home.

Today, Ferrosco Industries operates a 12 MT induction furnace, a state-of-the-art rolling mill, and a Thermex quench system — capable of producing 12,000 MT per month. Our machinery is in the same class as industry leaders like Tata, SAIL, and JSW. But unlike large conglomerates, every bar we produce is made with the focused attention of an owner-driven manufacturer.
